Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you rescue dogs from out of the immediate area?

We don't believe that a location should doom a dog to die. Just because a dog was born in a different state and got bad owners doesn't mean they should die. We believe that animal welfare is a MUCH bigger cause, it's a cause that society as a whole needs to examine and work to correct. It has very little to do with location.

Where are you located?

We DO NOT have a facility. Currently our rescue is foster home based. We do hope to one day soon have a facility of our own complete with a sick bay and medical facility; however, currently we do not have one. Please let us know what animal you're interested in and we will do our best to get timely meet n greets set up.

Are your animals vetted?

Yes all our animals recieve age appropriate vetting, meaning puppies under 6 months old may not be spayed or neutered. In this case we require a $50.00 Spay/Neuter Deposit that will be refunded when we recieve proof of spay or neuter. Our adult dogs recieve on average $125.00-$300.00 in vetting before adopted.

How are you Funded?

We are currently funded solely by private donation. Our hope in the future is to secure grant funding and some corporate funding however as of this moment we are funded solely by our amazing private donors and minimal adoption fee's.

Do you adopt out of state?

Yes we do adopt out of state, however we do NOT arrange transport. We will do our best to a help arrange transport, but we are just a couple people. We just don't always have the time to organize adoption transports.

I emailed/called 2 days ago, when will I hear back?

We are just a couple people who work full time and are doing our best to get back to people ASAP, please understand that we aren't ignoring you, it just takes us a little bit.
